Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InvoiceXO, a product of Star LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using InvoiceXO, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
InvoiceXO is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that uses artificial intelligence to extract invoice data from email attachments and save files to Microsoft OneDrive. The service includes fraud detection powered by PhishGuard technology.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid work email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@invoicexo.com.
3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will require a paid subscription to continue using the service.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your PayPal account. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Starter: $9.99/user/month
- Team: $49.99/month for up to 20 users
- Unlimited: $99.99/month for unlimited users and invoices
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InvoiceXO to:
- Process documents you do not have authorization to access
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
- Circumvent any security or authentication measures
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
6. Data and Privacy
Invoice PDFs are transmitted to our servers for AI processing and are not retained after extraction is complete. Extracted data (vendor name, amount, invoice number) is stored to provide the service. Files are saved directly to your Microsoft OneDrive — we do not store your invoice files. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Microsoft Integration
InvoiceXO requires authorization to access your Microsoft OneDrive. You may revoke this access at any time through your Microsoft account settings. We only access OneDrive to save invoice files as directed by you.
8. Intellectual Property
InvoiceXO and all related technology, including the PhishGuard fraud detection engine, are owned by Star LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
InvoiceXO is provided "as is." We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI extraction will be 100% accurate. You should always review extracted data before processing payments.
10. Limitation of Liability
Star LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InvoiceXO, including but not limited to losses from incorrect invoice data extraction or missed fraud alerts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@invoicexo.com.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
